Contact Us
You can contact the Best Crypto Casinos editorial team about a factual error, a question on how we compare crypto casinos, or a partnership inquiry. This page explains what we can help with, what to include in your message, and where to go for problems we can't fix.
Age and risk notice: this site is for adults only. The minimum age is 18 or 21 depending on the casino and your state's rules. Gambling involves risk of loss, and crypto price swings add to that risk. If gambling is causing you harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling page has more.
What we can help with
We are an independent comparison site, not a casino. We don't hold player accounts, deposits or winnings. Messages we can act on include:
- Corrections: an offer, term, supported coin or licensing detail on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
- Methodology questions: how we rate or rank casinos. Our About Us page describes who we are and how we work.
- Content feedback: a topic you want covered, such as wallet setup, network fees or stablecoin deposits.
- Business and partnership inquiries: from operators or publishers. Commission does not buy ranking position, and we say so to every partner.
- Privacy or site-terms questions: see our Terms and Conditions first.
What we can't do
We can't reach into a casino's systems, so some requests are outside our control:
- Recover funds, reverse a blockchain transaction or force a withdrawal. On-chain transfers are generally irreversible.
- Unlock, reopen or verify an account. Only the casino can do this.
- Give legal or tax advice. Offshore crypto casinos sit in a legal grey area for US players, state laws differ, and winnings and crypto gains may be taxable. Please consult a qualified professional.
- Advise on getting around state restrictions, geoblocks or identity checks. We won't help with that.
How to write a message we can act on
- Name the page and the casino involved. The options we cover include BetPanda, CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino, Punkz, Hyperlucky, Winna, Thrill, BC Game, Wild.io and Vave.
- Say what you believe is wrong and what you expected to see.
- Add the date you saw it and a screenshot of the casino's own terms, if you have one.
- Leave out private keys, seed phrases, passwords and full wallet backups. No legitimate reviewer needs them.
Corrections we can verify are checked against the operator's published terms. We update the page and its date. Our pages were last fact-checked on Sep 30, 2026, and bonus terms can change without notice.
If you have a problem with a casino
Start with the casino's own support and keep a record of your messages, transaction IDs and the terms that applied when you claimed a bonus. Check the wagering requirement, time limit and maximum bet rules before disputing anything. Many disputes come down to those conditions.
Remember that offshore sites are licensed in places such as Curaçao or Anjouan, not by a US regulator. They may not offer the same dispute routes, player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators. If you think you've been scammed, consider reporting it to your state attorney general or consumer protection office. A qualified professional can advise on your options.
Response expectations
We read every message, but we don't promise a reply time or a reply to every message. Factual corrections get priority. We don't respond to requests for paid placement, guaranteed rankings or promotional language that hides a bonus's conditions.
Before you play anywhere
Only gamble money you can afford to lose, set limits before you start, and never chase losses. Check your state's laws before you play. Gambling is not a way to earn income or fix money problems. For free, confidential help in the US, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
